“This property was awful. Walked in and there were bugs everywhere especially bathrooms. Complained big time and the overseer sent us to a very nice house with no extra charge. We enjoyed our stay at that house. ”

“Overall, very nice experience. We were visiting Columbia to attend our nephews graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. It was very nice to have a home to come back to and rest after his graduation vs. going back to a hotel room. The house was clean, but does need some overall updating. The queen bed in one of the bedrooms-not the main bedroom-was not very comfortable. Every time one of us slightly moved in bed, the bed would squeak loudly. Updating this would do wonders. Also, could……

“Outdated home needs a TON of work, mold in both bathroom, bugs in kitchen, lawn was 1 foot high, garbage overflowing on front lawn, broken appliances, Scary part of town.. BEWARE USC parents”

“This is my second stay here. Clean, comfortable, great location. Highly recommend, I'll be back. ”

“The place was nice and close to Fort Jackson base. The process was easy to book and check in. There were not a lot of extras like towels or cleaning supplies. Some of the rooms need minor repairs/updating but nothing major. All in all it was a good stay!”

“Great location ”

“You WANT to stay here - TRUST ME!!! This property manager has thought of everything! The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean and stocked with all sorts of supplies for anything you may have forgotten or things you might want or need. I highly recommend staying at this rental!”

“AVOID AT ALL COST!! it was disgusting. Bugs every room. Grass was over 2 feet tall. Trash cans overflowing with garbage. Walls 1/2 painted, kitchen cabinets falling apart. Doors looked like they have been kicked in. Dirt and hair piles behind bathroom doors. Water stains on the ceiling. Below par microwave and coffee pot. THE MOST AWFUL PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Definitely should not be allowed to rent this place”

“Overall we had a great experience. This was our 2nd visit to this property. The owner is very responsive and the house accommodated our needs.”

“We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from U of SC. If you just need somewhere to sleep, it’s fine and spacious. The fact that there are three full bathrooms is a plus. That being said, the living room furniture is very old and shabby. It is not very comfortable. Also, the carpets throughout the house are badly stained and really need to be replaced. The house itself was clean, but the carpet is so stained that it makes the house look dirty. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house……
