“對外交通工具不便，房間蚊蟲很多”

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”

“The most gorgeous boutique hotel, every area was outstanding, clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely helpful and attentive staff. Superb bedroom, white linen , lovely, very comfortable bed. Super huge shower, with white fluffy towels, and Elemis lotions and soaps. Only wish I had, had breakfast included, and been staying longer.”

“Pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the wines glasses! The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the shared kitchen clean and pleasant to sit in. We paid for carpark and were allowed to leave car the next for a visit of the city. A nice 20 minutes walk along the canal. Host very prompt and polite by text once we had booked. Great price for the convenience and facilities. Thank you ☺️ ”

“The breakfast was good but, need to be hotter. Staffs were excellent, good quality service. We did not experience any evening meals unfortunately, we arrived Sunday and stays till Wednesday morning. The hotel only serves dinners from Wednesday evening to Saturday 😟 We weren’t aware until we made the booking. We were also we’re not aware of any extra parking space at the back of the hotel? I has messaged the hotel about parking earlier but was told to park at Westgate Carpark! Only after we had……

“Nice big room well heated and nice hot water. Could have done with 2 comfy chairs in the room as it was quite big plus a bigger coffee table, other than these ideas we would book this room again as we have have done before.”

The staff were friendly and helpful - my wife thought she had lost a small bag containing 2 keys and the lady on reception went out of her way to look for them - in the event my wife found them at home. The hotel has an excellent position, close to the castle and the cathedral. ”
