"This property was in the perfect location...walkable to Bourbon Street and Canal Street but far enough away to be quieter. We loved that we could walk all the way to Jackson Square or just go out to Canal Street and catch the trolley car with the passes that were given to us by the front desk. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was my 4'th time visiting the French Quarter. I didn't plan on spending much time in my hotel. Because: It's the French Quarter! However, I ended up spending a great deal more time in my hotel than I normally would have, and for all the right reasons. Everyone, from the valet who parked my car, to the receptionist, servers, bartenders, managers - unbelievable level of service. Claire (server in the Roux on Orleans restaurant) was excellent. Ken and Big T from Touchdown Jesus were amazing as well. There was also a bartender at the pool bar who kept me there for a long time because he was so engaging - I regret that I don't remember his name. I own my own bar and have been in the service industry for about 32 years and there's absolutely no one from this hotel that I wouldn't immediately hire on the spot. I hade an amazing experience. Also, I found plenty of time to experience the French Quarter. "

"The staff was very helpful and we called ahead to let them know we would be arriving around 12:30. Was told no problem they had our room ready!!! Would stay here again. I wish there was one small table on the balcony."

"Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, rooms were clean, no bedbugs, only complaint is the kitchenette. People have stolen everything from them (utensils, pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates) and people should have to pay a refundable security deposit when they stay incase they do steal. There is also a usable printer and computer by front desk which is very helpful being as a lot of the parking places around New Orleans requires a print of your parking pass put in the windshield."
