「A nightmare hotel. Travelled all over the country and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, outside of Jackson Mississippi. The hotel is old and run down, none of it is renovated (like what is shown in the photos). When I arrived with family we were told 1 of our room reservations was cancelled. the front desk made up some strange excuse that they process peoples cards at 1pm (before check in) EVEN IF they chose to “pay at the property”. I have never heard of this before at any...

「The position is pretty good for mountain sight view. And the room and service are wonderful! I definitely will stay there whenever I have a chance.」

「Everything was fine except for the stained towels and the remote control did not work properly. The back kept falling off even though they tried to keep it together with tape. But... the owners are great and very polite so we will stay there again. Great customer service goes a long way. I didn't complain about anything but I'm sure they would had replaced the remote and given me different towels. Good thing I always pack our own.」

The food was great and the hospitality of the family who had their reunion to make my Mom's birthday special was something we'll cherish for a long time! 「Best Holiday Inn Express I've been to in a while. It didn't feel like an old hotel with new paint. TV had enough channels to find something good to watch. Air conditioner worked well at dehumidifying. Fridge was clean. With the exception of some details in the bathroom everything felt new. Location is good, not exterior noise. Pool looked nice. Wish there was more water pressure. Ice machine on my floor gave up after day 1, but downstairs was working.」
