Great hotel. Close to everything. We walked to almost every place of interest. Hotel provides almost all toiletries needed: body wash towels, razors, toothbrush and toothpaste, face wash, plus all the basics.

This is a clean and safe hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is at the center for everyhing from transportation and shopping. I am certainly booking at this hotel on my next trip in the near future.

The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the location was excellent. The staff was helpful and positive when checking in and out.

Great hotel! Nice amenities overall, good massage, spacious room (the layout was a bit odd, but it worked). Air quality in the room was great (good ventilation kept CO2 down, humidity and temperature stable in a comfortable range). We would absolutely stay again if we have a reason to go to that area (really only the expo this year or USJ in the future).

The property was in a perfect location. The subway was literally outside the door and there were lots of shops and restaurants located witching walking distance. A great place to stay for in Osaka for a base to go exploring.

For a short stay, Candeo Hotels Osaka delivered everything we could have hoped for: comfort, cleanliness, great amenities, and a touch of relaxation with its beautiful spa. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
