"Our subpar experience started right at check-in when we were ignored by the front desk agent. The valet acknowledged us twice and after the second time, went to find a different front desk agent (who started our check in and then was pushed out of the way by the agent who ignored us). No one answered the room service call so we went down and ordered to go from the restaurant and took it up to our room on our own. On our second evening, I asked front desk to please send up extra towels because housekeeping had not replenished our towels. 1.5 hours later, I called back down and again asked for the towels. On the morning of check-out, I called the valet and asked for our vehicle to brought to the door in 30 minutes. When we arrived to the door, no vehicle, and they hadn't even started it yet to warm it up. Hotel is clean and modern. Staffing is a major issue. "

"Older property but nice, it's in an industrial type area but located between Sherwood park and Edmonton."

"There is no hot tub so if you’re planning a relaxing day at the hot tub pick somewhere else. Dated furniture and decor. Beds were well passed their best before date. “Valet” doesn’t take your bags or even push the trolley to your vehicle. But they will charge you 50 bucks a night for it. Regular parking is 38 dollars a night. Way over priced and not a great experience with valet."

"No restaurant on site besides the 7-10am breakfast. Parking on site was nice. We opted for the Jacuzzi room and the room was absolutely massive. Pull out sofa, small dining table. The jacuzzi was in a completely different room and fit two of us comfortably, however, cleanliness was not a staple throughout the room. Stained carpets, unknown substances on the main room door, jacuzzi tap leaked the whole time. The bed was very comfortable. Took approximately 20 minutes to walk to Roger’s place, if that matters to a person. "

"For the cost of the stay it was a terrible experience floors in the bathroom were dirty called the front desk and asked for coffee as they new we were booked for 4 days for 2 of us only enough coffee for one morning never ever came and brought us anything, we only asked for a room refresher once and only gave us fresh towels no extra toilet paper called the front desk to no answer just a terrible terrible stay we do not recommend at all "
