Good place to stay in if you have to catch up NRT flight next morning, shuttle bus is convenient however it was always packed as shuttle service share with other hotel.
Shuttle to shopping mall and NRT station is also ava. However service schedule is not that frequent and same problem happens, packed.

3 stops from Tokyo station. Staff speaks 6 languages including Cantonese, Beautiful clean hotel. Family Mart is adjacent to hotel, supermarket and restaurant are within 2 blocks, so is the station Shiomi. The only drawback is that there’s not much shopping around the hotel. So, it’s quiet, convenient, and just so beautiful.
