“Quiet and comfortable”

“Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. ”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room they originally checked us into wasn't cleaned or ready. When I brought it to their attention, they immediately checked us into a different room and apologized profusely for the error. The room was clean & comfortable. We were very happy with everything.”

“Bathroom was clean and had what I needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was an issue. No food at 9:00 in the morning. Waited for hot food. Waited some more. Nothing. This has happened several other times we were there. No one seems to be working in the breakfast area.”

“Breakfast was good, rooms were nice and new, staff was friendly. The bed was comfy, but the room we were in had pretty loud HVAC. It took a while to fall asleep as it had a low whine consistently. Otherwise no issues. ”
