“The apartment was clean and the owners were prompt and proactive with all communications. They provided a nice coffee bar with a high end Keurig which we enjoyed. The unit was exactly as pictured. For our tastes, It could use some freshening up as part are a bit dated, and less clutter. Overall, it was clean and safe and served our needs well for the Columbia/USC area.”

“Although the property inside is very nice, new and all the amenities, the location is awful. It is at a very busy intersection - I mean my bedroom was right on the sidewalk. And it is right across from the entrance to an emergency room, so ambulances all night. It felt like sleeping in the middle of the Indy Speedway. The parking is in the read and no back entrance, so you have to haul your stuff all around the building. The access code wouldn’t work and it was so noisy standing outside I……

“It was close to Five Points and the train was surprising at first but after the initial shock it was not an issue. Thx for the ice trays and pitcher with filtered water. Really liked the shower and water pressure. We didn’t have to drive anywhere after arriving thankfully, the parking area is tight but grateful for parking. ”

“The facility was perfect for our situation. We were in the process of moving and it had plenty of room for all of our luggage and extra items and boxes. Also, the parking was just right for our cars and eventually the trailer we had later on AND a plus was the fact we could bring our 2 dogs! The only issue I would reconsider next time is the location was not in the best of locations. It was really close to the hospitals but just outside the downtown area.
