「The breakfast WAS a Monday morning. Very disappointing. We don’t usually stay over after the weekend. Weekend breakfasts are good.」

「For a family of 8, we got connected rooms and the breakfast was good too. Overall a decent stay. Some challenges - Housekeeping is not up to the mark and is very slow for any requests. Gym on the property is decent.」

「The AC wasn't working, and when we reported the issue, we were simply told that maintenance would check it the next morning. This meant we had to spend the entire night without air conditioning. As a result, none of us could get any sleep, including our kids. It was extremely uncomfortable and very disappointing that no immediate solution or alternative accommodation was offered.」

「They ran out of bath soaps. The lady said they ordered the supplies but don’t know when it will come. In this case they should have arranged some soaps for customers. Secondly, the carpet in one room was torn and a nail was out and pinched to my daughter’s foot, but the lady just apologized and offered a mat to put over it. We booked room for 5 peoples and for the rollover bed they were charging extra charges. Overall the stay was not pleasant, the receptionist was just apologizing with a tone...
