"This property is top tier! Obviously, there is an expensive price tag that comes with your stay, but the staff is so kind and greeted us with a glass of champagne and a bottle of water. Then later gifted us a bottle of champagne after looking at my ID and saw it was my birthday! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful with their recommendations for restaurants and kept on making sure we were ok the whole time. I even accidentally left a pair of jeans in the room after check out, and the security and front desk staff were so kind to grab them, let me know that they were left and held them until I was able to pick them up. 10/10 experience, would do it again and again and again! "

"The bed was very soft and comfortable. The room and bathroom was very clean. The bathroom came with plenty of space and towels. The staff provided excellent customer service!"

"Staff very helpful and friendly. Shower wasn’t working properly and even tho I addressed the problem And supposedly got it fixed it still wasn’t working properly. Either very hot or very cold water was coming out. "
