“I was on the third floor and the breeze was amazing. The room was the perfect size for me and had all the amenities I needed including a blowdryer. Wish I had know prior to lugging mine. The view was just ok from my room but it not take anything away from my stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and AC was excellent along with a powerful ceiling fan. Close to everything I wanted and needed. ”

“Beach front access, nearby to shopping areas. Food immediately available (although staff seems rude and in a hurry...never come back to provide refills etc). Overall, will go back a 3rd time. ”

“Our room was spotlessly clean as usual and the cleaning staff was exceptional each day. We really appreciate beach chairs set out early each morning and staff ready to help adjust umbrellas and provide bar service or eats throughout the day. A class hotel on a beautiful beach! ”

“Great stay (overnight). Good air conditioning (quiet). Staff were great, friendly and always smiling. Small balcony off room, 2 double beds, refrigerator, small bathroom with a large shower (shower head could use a tightening or replacement - water spraying over) Quiet location, close to board walk. ”

“We arrived around 10:00 pm and the staff were very friendly. Our room was great. The bed was very comfortable. We had a mini fridge which was a wonderful as we could keep beverages cold on those hot days. The balcony was a great size and we had a side view of the ocean. Breakfast was included in our package. You had the option of juice and coffee and for the meal, you have either a fruit plate or delicious buns, you could order eggs (scrambled, over easy, etc); pancakes, or quesadilla. Would……

“My wife and I booked this hotel for our anniversary and we love Isla Mujeres! We wanted something walkable from the ferry, close to beach(Playa Centro across the street) with air conditioning and clean. We found everything we had wanted. Beds a bit firm but that is not an issue, just as a note to others. Staff were accessible and easy to talk with. My wife had a massage on-site and loved it. Will book again if get lucky enough to visit Isla Mujeres again!”
