Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. ”

“Spacious clean room. I like having a refrigerator and a microwave in a room. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked grest. The hotel is in a great location, closer to the plaza norte beach and the central area. I felt safe walking around there. The only complaint I had is the wifi. The connection is not that great.”

“L’emplacement de l’hôtel est agréable et permet de profiter d’un secteur plus calme d’Isla Mujeres. Cependant, notre expérience dans la chambre a été décevante. La chambre était très humide et la salle de bain dégageait une forte odeur d’égout mélangée à des produits de toilette. L’odeur était suffisamment présente pour que nous soyons obligés de laisser la ventilation de la salle de bain fonctionner toute la nuit afin de rendre l’air plus respirable. Nous avons également rencontré un problème……

“I loved this place. Always a hello and a smile upon arrival. Did me a huge favour on my departure day which was super helpful. AC was great. Large shower with superb water pressure. Room had a nice balcony, great for people watching. Lots of space and clean. Location is a Short walk to food, beach, the ferry terminal and groceries. And while in the heart of Centro it was also quiet at night. Absolutely my first choice if I come back.”
