The property was misrepresented. Rooftop Jacuzzi was not working, Bbq was non existent, water ran out. No hot water in the shower and bathroom sink, but sufficient hot water in the kitchenette sink. This led me to believe that the hot water was not connected to the bathroom. Next door to a scrap yard and cellular tower. Electric power went down on my last night which prompted the cellular tower generator to turn on which made my room unbearably loud. When I asked Vrbo to move me as per their Vrbo care policy, i was told that it was not possible. Spent a lot of time holding to wait to be connected to a resolution supervisor. I was told by one of many agents, that they can not do a call back, so i had to hold for over 45 minutes to be connected. Spoke to 3 supervisors and 5 agents who followed a scripted response.
Overall I had to jump through so many hurdles just to be heard and my time wasted as I had to repeat my complaints and explain the conditions of the property every time I spoke to a new agent or supervisor. I had to fight for compensation which was not enough and paid out in instalments. The last one only paid out after contacting them a few days later. Do not book this property unless you like being deceived and settling for less than what was listed in the property description.
