「Check in at this hotel was abysmal. Staff not willing to help appropriately to solve issues. If you use a third party booking service just make sure that you notate the reservation is for 2 people even though the booking says the room is set up to accommodate 2 as in the case of husband and wife or they will try to make you pay an additional $300 even though if you booked for 2 originally it would have been the same price as 1.
