"This is the place for you if you are looking for quiet and clean, and want to walk to restaurants before and after a day of exploring! We checked in after dark, and the process was seamless! Everything you need to know is in a binder, and the host is nearby if you have questions. We had plenty of room to spread out. The area is walkable and the locals are very friendly. "Apartment was exactly as pictured and described. Was clean, quiet, and we had everything we needed for a week long stay. It's a little bit of a drive to the national park or even Bar Harbor, however we knew that going in. We actually prefer it that way. Apartment grounds are shared with a landscaping business, but they were mostly quiet and had no issues with setup. Though we didnt spend any time outdoors there, it was also set up very nice. Check in was super easy and Mike was super responsive....

"This property was perfect for our needs. It was only a short drive to Acadia NP and other local favorites, walkable into the local square/island explorer bus stop, was clean and had a beautiful upper deck! Luke & Jackie were excellent hosts! We had a terrible storm blow through overnight one night and we lost power for a few hours. They had a generator hooked up and our power back on before we even had a chance to reach out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

Location was perfect as you were within driving distance from everything but outside the major crowded areas. Hiking trails were great in the area and close to Acadia National Park. Hosts were amazing and gave us great tip on hike nearby that allowed a full 360 view at top as well as suggestions on other things to do in area. Walked to the famous light house nearby. Plenty of parking for our car on premises. Breakfast pastries, fruit, cereal and toast provided! We would definitely stay here again and for longer period as there are TONS of hikes and sightseeing in the area."
