“The couple that own and operate this bed-and-breakfast are a true delight. They make you feel welcome the moment you step in. Great care is taken to ensure guests have a comfortable, enjoyable experience here. This is the place to stay if you’re in Sittingbourne!”

“Great place to stay. Well located in town & lovely staff. Food is also very good. There is no air conditioning in rooms which would be hot in summer, however they do have fans. Love this property.”

“Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.”

“The White Horse Inn is an attractive hotel in a convenient location, with the added benefit of ample free parking. Sadly, however, the hospitality did not match the charm of the property. Hotels of this kind usually stand out because of their warm, personal welcome. Here, the opposite was true. The reception was reserved and unwelcoming, and communication was kept to the bare minimum. Sunday lunch was the highlight of my stay: fresh, flavoursome and very enjoyable. As a result, and having read……

“This is really lovely B&B, it's beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and the staff are really friendly. It's in a great location, with beautiful seaviews, away from the noise of the main seafront area. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. I cannot recommend it enough, we hope to go back very soon.”

“Second time I have stayed here, will be coming back again! Room lovely and clean. Breakfast was very nicely cooked and a good sized portion. Staff were very smiley, polite and helpful. They had also made arrangements so I could charge my vehicle too which was a bonus! Many thanks!”

“Would be 5 stars all round if it wasn’t for the fireplace centrepiece under the TV not working, half of it wouldn’t switch on so one side was lit while the other stayed off and I paid a lot of money on 2 nights in the signature suite for a very special birthday relying on everything to be as advertised. With the room being the main experience this was very disappointing and even after raising this to staff it wasn’t able to be fixed. I’m all about details especially for big celebrations and this……

“Service and location are very good. Can have more options for breakfast. Overall good stay”

“Der Empfang war freundlich. Unser Zimmer lag im 2. Stock. Da es keinen Aufzug gibt, mussten die Koffer durch das enge, steile Treppenhaus hinauf. Die Frühstück-Auswahl ist zwar überschaubar aber es war sehr gut. Am Nachmittag nutzten wir die Gelegenheit für Snacks und auch beim Abendessen konnten wir nur Loben. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko: Parkplätze gibt es nur im öffentlichen Bereich. Und diese sind kostenpflichtig.”
