"Second time using Nozawa Dream central. Location is excellent. Staff ALWAYS go above and beyond to help. Special shout out to Cora! Extremely helpful! Staff also understand the nuances to blending the Japanese +/- western resort experience. Rooms are traditional tatami style, so just be aware after a few days of sending it, our lumbered western bodies may take a hit getting up and down from the mats. Bathrooms/showers are shared - gets very cold down there. Coffee and tea station all provided for. No breakfast during this season's visit. But that's not a deal breaker. "

"Great room, lots of pillows, for a smoking room it didn’t feel like a smoking room. The front desk staff was excellent. Parking offered before check in time was great. Early morning free breakfast was great. Location super ideal."

"Fuel smell in the room, in the corridor, made me ill. Even after opening the window, the smell lingers. The room heater has a timer that went off early morning and woke me up. Unless the heater's fuel smell is rectified, I will not stay here again. I stayed 2 times, and each time its the same fuel smell issue. Not again. "

"We loved our stay here! Staff were all super kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious and much more than we had anticipated. Floor futons were comfy and rooms were clean. Not a problem to share bathrooms. A room that slept 5 for our family of 4 was just right. "

"Room was very clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Onsen facility was very good. Dining options were limited. The cafe, food court, bakery were closed after 4pm, so dinner choices were limited to the expensive restaurants, unless you have transport and willing to travel to Myoko town."
