“We had a good experience at the hotel. The view from the rooms is spectacular and very relaxing. The city itself is so so not very interesting but still the hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was delicious and the place was very relaxing. Definitely best value with this beautiful view from your room. Only point for improvement is a more comfortable plushy mattress”

“The panoramic cabin is a basic shed with rudimentary electricity and plumbing. It’s more like camping with an outhouse included. There are gaps in the clapboard siding walls you can see through. It’s sold as rustic but it’s barely inhabitable. On the positive side the family that runs it were gracious and kind people. They were helpful and offered assistance in going into town. There recommendations to go to El Congo made our stop in Lake Coatepaque a wonderful memory point. Possibly the……
