"The air conditioner wasn't working right when we got in the room but within 10 minutes someone came out to look at it and within an hr he changed out the a/c with a new one and it worked perfectly. We loved the service and how everyone helped out with anything "

"The hotel and location are great. I did not like there was valet parking only at $30 per day, but if you were parking for beach usage you paid $15 per day. I don't think it's fair for hotels to charge their guests for parking. If you want to use the valet, by all means, do so, but tip them handsomely. This should be an option, not a part of the hotel experience."

"Overall, very good My room had a bit of a musty smell coming from the AC unit. Housekeeping was supposed to service room (by request) but missed me somehow. I would go back for sure. The staff was accommodating and apologized for their error without much fuss. The breakfast service in the AM is terrific! LOVED the Oceanside Tiki bar!"

"The place is super clean and the maintenance guy was nicer than the front desk . He possibly could had been the owner took great pride in his work . One suggestion to the front desk people . Vacuum after the breakfast times . Waking up and sitting down to eat and discussing with there families about there day was made difficult due to the fact we couldn’t hear each other over the vacuum. Other than that great place I’ll stay again "
