「Would stay again」

「The property is great, i especially likes the floor plan and outside patios. With the weather we are having the outdoor patios were great. The price is beyond reasonable too.」

「We went to check in around 5pm since check in was at 4. Luckily we were able to leave our kids with family while we went to check out the place and unload our luggage. We arrived and parked in the street like we were told and walked to the back around the whole yard on an unfinished path. We had to step over a large roof drain pipe to get to the basement door which was not very safe. We went inside turned on the lights and proceeded to check the rooms to find the floors filthy, crumbs were all...

「I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.」

「My stay was fine, just little things like the old floor noise and if you want to cook for the family, you don’t have cooking pans. I end up buying my own cooking pan. The owner never answered me when I asked. I didn't ask again. The area is quiet and close to convenient stores. 」

「The house was very nice but not very clean.. there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom.. there were four balls of dog hair in the corners we were told we can check in by 2:00 and we ended up sitting around till 5:30 to get access.. owner stated that the cleaning crew was cleaning the apartment which was false.. it was being cleaned by the owner who apparently lives there as I was told by the neighbors... I heard a lot of horror stories from the neighbor's about this house... I...

「This was probably the most outstanding property we have ever rented...and we travel and rent all over the country frequently. The home is beautiful, immaculate and so serene.
