"The room we got was really nice and felt homey, but there was no hot or warm water. It was just a bit warmer than freezing cold. They switched our room to another room that felt less maintained, but that room only had freezing cold water. We stayed in the first room in the end and took cold showers because it was late and we needed to be on the road early the following morning. They let us know they had a plumbing issue the week before and thought it had been fixed but it turns out most of the rooms didn’t have hot water. Aside from that, the parking, the staff and the stay was great and I would consider staying here again, given they have hot water 😂"

"Ac unit was loud. Parking is trash. Plus an additional$12 for parking!? When you can’t even park near your room!? Paying $12 to park IN the hotel parking lot is stupid. Just add $15 to your over all price. Also, the HOLD they put on your card ($150) in addition to the room!? What a joke. Total was$350, and I had to wait 3 days for the bank to “release” the hold. I will never stay there again. "

"Close to ABQ airport. Did not use amenities because the lobby's alarm was malfunctioning. It was loud and had been reported when I checked in. It was still on when I checked out. The alarm is a health hazard to your staff."

"The hotel was being renovated my room and the lobby were in great condition. The staff were super friendly and helpful all 3 days of my stay the pool was closed and the TV in my room didn't work they were having some technical difficulty with the WiFi system they were using also the ice machine broke the night before my dep arure. But it was nice and clean I would stay again especially if they get the renovation completed and the kinks worked out."

"Staff was very friendly and kind. Our room was tired. Things were broken doors were scratched, but it was clean. The heated pool was nice but we really wanted to use the hot tub and I asked if it was working and they said yes, but when we got to the area, it was not working and it was cold. The most disappointing thing about this day was breakfast. They really were no choices. It was very disappointing. There was either cereal or waffles. There were no oranges fresh fruit, or other things that make breakfast at a hotel worthwhile. We left and got breakfast elsewhere. This was very, very disappointing based on the condition of the room and the breakfast. We will never stay here again. "
