“The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.”

“The man managing the counter was pretty rude the day we were supposed to check in. The room was nice and clean, the pool areas need some tlc and some of their safety gear needs replaced. The lifeguards on duty while we were there were all younger. No one was smiling or friendly and a few were not even paying attention. One specifically had his back to everyone in the wave pool and was playing on his phone. The arcade was expensive which was to be expected but the prize machine was aso out……

“This place was amazing! We loved our cabin and how clean it was! It is a little bit of a drive to get to things but was nice to come back to our own little place. The clubhouse was a huge hit with our little one, she loved the games and toys in there.”

“Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room. They simply threw salt down. Just hoping it would melt. All I did was make……
