Maui Waui

Great location, close to amenities if needed. Property and units well maintained. Pools were great for the younger kids with a quiet area if so desired.

Disconnect between Outrigger and Maui Resort Rentals

The Outrigger people I talked to knew nothing about Maui Resort Rentals and we were given incorrect information from MRR regarding the Outrigger. Also, one day I called MRR 3 times during business hours to reserve a shuttle. No one answered and no message ability. I finally drove to MRR and was told they were having phone trouble. Another day I called and was told they had no drivers. We had to pay $200 for Ubers. Our TV remote needed new batteries. I went to the front desk and after spending $18,000 for two rooms, they refused to provide us with 2 batteries. I had to ask MRR several detailed questions to finally learn that the airport shuttle was done by a taxi service that was different from the MRR supposed to be provided shuttle. There were other disconnections between the two.
