Sauberkeit im Zimmer besonders die Reinigung des eigenen Pools wäre gut vor erneuter Zimmervergabe. Infinity-Pool im 5. und 9. Stock mit herrlichem Ausblick aufs Meer. Strand ist auch toll. Leider werden die meisten Liegen schon früh „reserviert“ obwohl die jeweiligen Personen oft erst Mittags erscheinen. Gegen dieses Verhalten wird leider vom Hotel nichts unternommen. 」

「Very nice place! Excellent value. Some wear around the edges, but well cared for and great service. Room was very comfortable and clean. Pool and public areas were good. Breakfast bar was delicious with many options. Close walk to beach and main town area, but far enough away to avoid the crowd if you wanted. Great value for the price!」

「The hotel was absolutely superb, we were there for a 3 night stay at the end of a weeks villa holiday and it was perfect. Rooms were massive, food was excellent, staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing that we could complain about was the pool area - the pool itself is stunning and overlooks the golf course BUT there are too few loungers and too few towels!!! So we arrived on one occasion to nowhere to sit and nothing to dry ourselves with - not ideal, one family with little children...

「A couple of minor things to note from the hotel description; They do not operate an airport shuttle bus, and there is no car parking on site. However, there is plenty of parking in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely perfect as far as I am concerned. It is small enough as to never seem overcrowded, even at full capacity. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Also, the bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in when away from home. 「Avis mitigé pour ce joli hôtel. Points positifs : accueil et personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner et dîner de haute qualité, parking facile. Matelas confortable et magnifiques piscines. Points négatifs : malgré 4 appels à la réception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraîcheur. 28 degrés dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hôtel en Crete à plus de 350€ la nuit et affichant 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment...

「We found the Hotel owner (Eli) to be very helpful & approachable on all levels. The Hotel was considered to be of a very good standard (for a 3 star). The Pool / Bar/ Foyer areas were very clean and to a high standard, the sunbeds were comfy and the pool was clean / well maintained.
