"We were looking for a place to stay that was convenient to participate in the Biggest Week in American Birding festival at Magee Marsh. This location was excellent. More than that, the house was accessible, clean and brand new. The kitchen was well appointed, the decor was whimsical and guaranteed to make you smile. The beds were comfortable, and both showers were amazing. We are already planning next year's trip. Thanks for sharing this lovely place with us."

"Penny’s property is great! Everything you need is there. Just bring your clothes and food. Everything was as stated in her listing. We had a few questions for Penny before and she was quick to respond and it was all that she said it would be. We are already talking about booking for next year once we have the dates that we need to be in Port Clinton. It’s also so convenient to Port Clinton and Camp Perry."

"It was a nice weekend and area to hangout with friends and celebrate my brother getting married! The check in process was super simple and Michelle was very responsive to any questions we had during the weekend. Plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate bigger groups! Within walking distance of the lake, pier, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts. Plenty of places to eat in the area and coffee shops. "This hotel was great for young kids. Although the water park is not as big as some of the competitors with water parks it is maintained good and still keeps the kids busy and happy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although the additional activities such as the arcade, mini bowling, mini golf, and breakfast buffet can be pricy they offer options from staying in a regular hotel with nothing for the kids to do. Its proximity to Cedar Point is great with the park being only about 5 minutes away. If you book a room at the right time you can have your stay at an affordable price. I would definitely return to this location. "
