“We had a weekend getaway before my daughter's wedding. The property along with the houses was absolutely breathtaking. The few concerns we had was the pool could of been alittle cleaners and we we're never able to get the hot tub to work so we able to use because it because it was alittle cool. Besides that the houses was absolutely beautiful loved the peacefulness. ”

“Lodging is a trailer in a rural area. Pictures of the interior are accurate; trailer is clean and cute.Outside property is not attractive at all, gives an impression of being an abandoned trailer.Not the right place for two ladies alone.Property owners should be required to post pictures of the exterior of the lodging. The outside is as important as the inside.I should have taken pictures of the outside.”

“My family of 8 adults and 6 grandkids stayed here for the Thanksgiving Holiday 2025. We had the most fabulous time at the Grand Oaks Ranch as it is an absolute must if you are looking for a place to enjoy the outdoors, ranch animals, superior interior accommodations, a pool, and a turf area for kids games like soccer and football! All of this within a short drive to Fredericksburg for shopping and dining and just fun! The host was also very accommodating and took care of any of our needs which……

“There's several gates to get to Box 3, which makes it a little daunting to get through when you're coming back from a long day. I wish it had been noted that there was no central heat or air. The space heaters tripped the circuit breaker our first night, but they were quick to address it and comped us a day for the hassle, which was very considerate. The tight, steep spiral staircase was a bit challenging for our luggage. Another thing worth mentioning is that the refrigerator is very small,……
