「Great rental and location!」

「This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Keswick over Labor Day weekend. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing — we loved dining at the table outside and spending evenings around the fire pit. The location was also ideal for exploring the area; we enjoyed visiting Monticello and Carter Mountain Orchard during our trip. A peaceful, comfortable getaway that made our holiday weekend truly special!」

「The Plainfield Cottage is a perfect getaway. We came in for a graduation and were quite busy. However, each time I stepped into the cottage, it felt peaceful, bright and clean. A great retreat to unwind and relax at. Cathy was very attentive on any needs we needed, as there were few because it was well stocked.」

「The house is super cute and in a great location. I loved walking five minutes for coffee at Mudhouse and the quick 5 min drive to vineyards and breweries. Beds were super comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!」

「Beautifully decorated and super clean. They’ve thought of all the little touches. Location is perfect, around 7 miles outside of town but in the peaceful countryside. We sat on the porch watching wildlife in the back. There are vineyards and breweries in all directions. We visited Monticello and even mountain top orchards. Owners were great. We will be returning. 」

「What a view! We enjoyed our stay at 3100 feet. It was worth the ride on the unpaved path to the top! We had a comfortable and peaceful time, staying very comfortably at the top of the world. Hosts are lovely and friendly. Had car trouble, and the nearby car repair helped us while we waited. Loved our place! Thank you!」
