"It's clean, calm and quiet, excellent bathroom. However, you need to walk a bit to reach restaurants and groceries. Going downtown is less than 3 km, easily done on foot, but to come back, you face a steep hill, so you either fit or you take a bus/cab."

The host is very friendly and quick to with a response. And it’s only a few blocks away from Seattle Pacific University! Way better than a hotel!"

"Came to Seattle for four nights to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The host prepared the room with a sweet birthday message and a gift to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect; Away from the busy city, but close enough for a reasonable drive. The room provided a wonderful place to rest and take a load off. We had excellent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The host was especially helpful whenever we had any questions about the room, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this...

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this just right apartment sized place. It is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown and nearby restaurants aplenty. There is even a nice trail down to Lake Washington nearby."
