Great place!

The place was wonderful. It was well equiped with great facilities. It was clean and well maintained. The view was beautiful as well. We enjoyed our stay. However, there was an issue with the washroom door knobs which was slightly inconvenient. Thank you for all the facilities. We had a great time! We would surely like to book again if we plan to visit again!

Needs Maintenance!

Property has not been kept up. Large chunks of wood missing and broken from bunk beds, numerous windows did not open (very hot during visit), large heavy rubber heating mat left on patio, broken and torn chairs. Property managers did not have the right answers to questions and maintenance said they would fix issues during our visit but never came back to address. Also painting exterior during our visit so had numerous workers in lift outside our window and blocking our view during the day. Loved the Timbers in the past but basis the upkeep. not worth the price.

Double booked our room

I had all the reservation confirmations, credit card proof of purchase for this particular room. Upon checking in, they couldn’t find my reservation anywhere. Our room was already occupied. They couldn’t get a hold of anyone at RedAwning. A confirmation number doesn’t do any good if they don’t have that reservation in their system. They’re not sure where the ball was dropped. No follow up on what happened. Put us in a different condo which was not this condo (they never asked me if that was ok). It was an absolute mess. Spent an hour checking in. And one more thing…even if you rent a 4 bedroom condo you only get one parking pass in lone Eagle. And they’re strict. I was super nice and understanding and unfortunately that doesn’t get you anything in return. I’d have to throw a fit to just get a follow up message, respect of asking if a different condo was ok (they made it seem like we were getting the one we booked). Disappointed all around.

Nice place to stay. Advertises sleeps 11 but we had 9 people and unless 2 people slept on double bed or on sofa it wouldn't hold 11.

Family ski trip during covid

Great periphery check in process seamless. Great location modified ski in/out...slight elevation, but doable. Clean, used Instacart for grocery delivery. Keystone resort was nice because we had great skiing with reduced capacity so no overcrowding issues.

Great Location, Beautiful Views, Large Condo

Highly recommend this condo - walkable from River Run (skiing, festivals, etc), great for large groups, beautiful interior and views of the trees and mountains, nice balcony with grill. Two master rooms (King, Queen) with separate bathrooms, two bunk rooms.
