「We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Shortly after check-in, my daughter was the first to arrive and, while turning on lights throughout the house, saw a large rat run across the room. We immediately contacted the property manager, and someone came out and appeared surprised, referring to it as a “mouse.” We were told it was likely due to rural living and possibly because a door had been left open by housekeeping. 「Stayed here since it was close to the Castillo di Amorosa and it was a great choice! I loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms were very clean and pleasant. The staff was great, specially Jose from the bar; he was bringing great vibes and delicious cocktails! Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Napa Valley.」

「The room smelled like smoke, they changed our room. Then outside the room the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The rooms were unclean, the smoke goes through the vents. I don’t recommend this place」
