"I was in the annex rooms upstairs. The guy in the room beside me was on his phone on hands free from 12:30pm until 1:30am and I could hear his full conversation with his wife. The walls are just too thin. I could hear him going to the toilet at night also. - Try to get a room inside the actual hotel would be my advice."

"There were stains on the bedspread provided. No towels were provided even upon request with the excuse that none had been delivered. No heat in room provided and it wasn’t rectified despite my complaints. No hot water in bath and when I wanted to leave and book another hotel I was told no one could assist me. I had booked 2 nights but I had to leave after 1 night because we just couldn’t take it anymore. I had to look for and book another hotel."
