"Great location in Manhattan. Easy access to the subway on 32nd. The rooftop bar was fantastic, with a great view of the Empire State Building. Rooms were small. The staff were friendly. Great food options on the block. You could eat every meal on that block and be happy."

"Terrible… the hotel was very dirty, old, smelly and noisy... the curtains and towels has stains. No hand towels, no phone and AC was from the 80s never upgraded. The bathtub is clogged … and the water from the clogged bathtub is grayish color… The only reason I stayed is because of my last minutes booking and nothing is available, but with the price that they are charging it’s unreasonable and is it expensive. The front desk & Staff… was not friendly, I asked a simple question about if there...
