「The staff was unhelpful. We had our hotel bookings for 2 rooms which we were charged on our credit cards and confirmation was provided of the booking. When we showed up to the hotel with our kids we were informed there was no booking, the hotel is sold out and there’s computer glitch. My family along with 20 other families were turned away that night due to our flight cancellation they on United airlines. Til today I’m still pending credit from the hotel on the 2 rooms that were reserved but...
