"Every thing was great except some doors were harder to close and open then should be"

"This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

"I loved the location of this place! Right behind vons in a quiet neighborhood. Also close to freeways and anything you need. And with it being only 10 mins to Burbank this was the perfect stay!"

"Very attentive! The place was decorated great and had everything we needed! The fire pit wasn't working and they were out the next day to fix it! Check in instructions were very thorough, however couldn't find any checkout instructions. Would recommend the place for sure. Close to the beach and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants. Great way to end our trip!"

"We had a short stay but the place was just what we were looking for. Close to downtown dining & shops. It was very clean overall, except for the carpeting in the bedrooms which was old and stained & probably needs to be replaced at this point. It would be 5 stars all around aside from that."

"This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra."

"The host was very responsive with questions while we were preparing for the trip and going through the check-in process. Good location that was a 15-20min walk to the convention center. Front desk was always very friendly and the apartment always felt safe. The pool was cute and clean. Only concern was the apartment didn’t smell the cleanest and some of the bedding didn’t smell very clean when we got there but we just ran it through the washer/dryer that is present in the apartment. Great place...

"I really liked the fact that all my kids fit comfortably and I was able to cook in the full kitchen. I did not like that 7th st. Is vlised and we had to park actoss the street in a parking garage. There was lots of crime and your constantly hearing sirens and helicopters. I had to walk down the block and thwn cross the street and come back down to the hotel with all our luggage and kids. It has its good and bad. I probably would rent again because of the size of the place and price"
