The home was a perfect location for the two of us as we planned on taking the train to hike Cinque Terre, as well as day trips to both Florence and Pisa. The train was a quick 5 minute walk. "We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the upper floor for 1 week. There is another apartment below that was not occupied. The laundry room is downstairs and is shared with the apartment below. The apartment is very bright and clean with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight for us was the large terrasse with a fantastic view of the harbor and the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. Our car was safely parked in a garage which is a big plus....

"This property is just 2 blocks from the train station. We were able to jump in and out of Cinque Terre with ease. If you walked further you were able to enjoy the shops, trattorias and boat basin. The apartment was charming, clean and comfortable with a sweet view of the courtyard. The host even included jam and toast for snacking! Although our host did not speak English, we were still able to check-in with her easily. She helped us find FREE parking close-by. All in all - a very pleasant...

"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"Apartment is very well kept and in good condition, the property is not in Cinque Terre, you have to take bus to train station (once there easy to move around the 5 villages). Host was very service oriented and informative. Something practical about the apartment is that it’s walking distance to La Spezia marina, if you want to take boat tour to Cinque Terre villages. "

"Our family really enjoyed this property in Le Spezia. We arrived really late on a train, yet Renata (our host) arranged her colleagues to meet us and acquaint us with the property. The patio was lovely to eat breakfast on and there was plenty of space for our family of six. Renata was even kind enough to stock our fridge with a few food items for breakfast! This location worked very well for us to do a day trip in Cinque Terra and we would definitely recommend it."
