"We had an outstanding stay and would absolutely come back. From the first moment, the staff were warm, professional and always ready to help (special thanks to Michele, a genuinely lovely person). The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, with a boutique feel and great attention to detail. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite and the room was immaculate, comfortable and perfectly prepared. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well thanks to the excellent soundproofing. Everything felt spotless and well cared for. Breakfast was a real highlight: plenty of choice, fresh products, nicely presented and always topped up. The location is ideal for visiting La Spezia and the Cinque Terre, with a Carrefour just around the corner and bus/tram stops right outside for easy connections. A big advantage is that the hotel is just outside the ZTL and offers on-site parking, which made arriving by car completely stress-free. Great services, great comfort and an excellent price-quality ratio. Highly recommended, book with confidence!"

"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. I think the only possible issue was the very steep stairs that might not be good for older guests or young children. All said, we’ll definitely be back again."
