"This is a very well set up and managed hotel. Very thoughtfully planned and built. The disadvantages of having no reception and living on the third floor are negated by attentive proprietors who make sure that guests know evrything they need to know. Contrary to the promotioal material put out by Expedia, the hotel does not have "on-site parking", but there is convenient space near by."

"Our stay was absolutely unreal!! The location could not have been more perfect we were staying right in one of those iconic colorful buildings you see in all the Cinque Terre postcards. Paolo was an amazing host from start to finish. He met us at the train station, guided us to the apartment, and even helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. He was extremely informative, welcoming, and made sure we knew that we could reach out if we needed anything. He was also very quick to respond anytime we messaged him. The room service was excellent as well. They kept everything clean and were so attentive, bringing anything we needed throughout our stay. Having our own private porch area in front was such a beautiful bonus! we loved being able to sit outside and take in the atmosphere of Riomaggiore. The whole experience felt so authentic and magical, and it’s definitely one of those places we’ll never forget We truly could not have asked for a better location or a better experience in Cinque Terre. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"I love everything!! We were at awe to the views, the peace, the comfort of the room and the hospitality. Our host went above and beyond..: we left our wallet and our host stop to meet us at the train station. I wished we stayed longer and made this one of our destination stays for longer stay. 100 percent recommend-"

"The place is centrally located, the room was clean and staff was nice. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for being centralized and parking. Never once mentioned that for parking you must reserve your spot. Their parking was always full and without availability. Recommend you contact place right after booking to reserve parking at the location. Otherwise expect to park away from property, a 10-15 minute walk. After seeing location, if parking is not an issue for you I recommend looking at other places."

"I highly recommend this hotel for the hospitable staff, beautiful setting, quiet yet accessible location and wonderful buffet. The rooms are super clean, and the hotel has a lovely outdoor seating area. The bathroom has a powerful shower and aromatic liquid soaps. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the beds and pillows were uncomfortable for us. Be prepared for extra firm mattresses, and flat pillows, one per person. I would come here again, but honestly didn’t have the greatest sleeps. The a/c worked fine. Overall, this is a lovely hotel. We really appreciated the superior service, extra beach towels and pastries upon arrival."
