"Management was accommodating to our request. However, amenities like shampoo, dishwashing liquid and sponge were not replenished. Fridge of this unit gave very loud noise. Hopefully you might want to look into this. Overall stay is okay in terms of location and to access the unit. "

"The property was requested pay bigger deposit without any info before booking. I already paid the Rooms for two nights. "Everything is good, I was expecting a bath tub based on the photo, but it did not. Everyday without fail (I stay wed to Sat), around 5 plus to 6 plus morning, there will be some music playing non stop. It actually affect my sleep. Breakfast is average, not everyday is buffet style, but the waiter at the restaurant is friendly. "

"We arrived just past midnight and fortunately the front desk was still open for check in. It was just for an overnight stay for us. The room is clean except the toilet. Room was neat but bare. Although, we asked for an upper floor, the CSO said no, just left with ground floor unit. However, we were rudely awaken by the loud telephone ringing around 9 am. There were 3 calls in total and of course it broke our sleep otherwise it would have been a good sleep as the bed and pillow were firm. "

"I did not receive any instructions prior to arriving at 14:55. I tried several times to ring the number given but could not get an answer. I was forced to book another hotel. At 15:50 I received a WhatsApp message asking me to join a group chat but that was too late. I think I should get a refund."
