“We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was perfect for two families with young children. Everyone had their own space, in addition to a large common room. The pool was absolutely perfect for the kids, and we were able to have it heated for week. The owner was extremely kind, considerate and reaponsive. It was a fabulous week in Sea Pines!”

“Probably one of the best places we have ever rented. Everything was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed, although we didnt cook much so we could enjoy eating at the many seafood restaurants on the water. The beach was not far, but we chose to drive to the public parking area just down the street. The boardwalk and matted beachwalk make it super easy to get to your spot on the sand. Our host Pam was very helpful and we appreciated all the info in the welcome packet. Sorry……

“Convenient location ideal for family fun. The house was larger than we needed for our family of three but gave everyone plenty of space. Bedrooms each had a private bath and a sense of separation. The living and dining areas offered all the necessary amenities. The private fenced yard offered the option to relax in the pool. The ninth row location provided quick access to the ocean. Only one mile Coligny beach, restaurants, and shoppes. The in home washer and dryer were quite welcome. Excellent……

“This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The……

“The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”
