The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed the deer that came to our door, the spacious house with room for we 6, plus room to spare.We also arrived to learn that the home next door was having an addition built so there was construction noise every day. That wasn’t management’s fault, just one of the things that can happen. There are also 3 markets nearby and convenient. Once construction is finished and a few furniture and maintenance items have been addressed, you’ll love staying here. "

"What a beautiful property! The house and view were both amazing. It was also great they had chairs, towels, and coolers you can use for day trips. It’s really close to a market/grocery store and some restaurants. Highly recommend. "

"We had a lovely stay! You have to be ready for somewhat rugged conditions as it's open air - think "glamping" - in the treehouse accommodations and so you are with the elements and animals somewhat. (We had a cute frog in our shower!) But we loved it! Would definitely stay again as we felt away from it all and able to fully relax. "

"We had a terrific stay here! We used to love camping, but now our bodies love comfortable beds and air conditioning. This place has the best of both! The container room was completely comfortable. The kitchen area has a refrigerator so it was easy to keep supplies there. And you are surrounded by nature - deer, donkeys, goats, sugarbirds, toads... This site is located near Salt Pond Bay, the best beach on St. John, in my opinion, as well as the start to Ram Head trail, which is a gorgeous hike. It's is not at all commercial - no rentals or concessions - but the owner of the site has gear that you can borrow, including umbrellas, chairs floaties, and snorkel gear. (And you'll want snorkel gear because there is very cool snorkeling at Salt Pond Bay.) Except for Salt Pond Bay, you can't walk anywhere, but Coral Bay is about a 10 minute drive and there are restaurants and small markets there. "

"The house worked perfect for our family. A little off the beaten path, which we like. Peace and quiet and beautiful views that go on forever. Nicely stocked with everything you need and a great pool to cool off in. Great beach nearby, but an easy drive to some of the busier beach areas too. Host was quick to answer questions and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Everything about this place is perfect! It’s beautiful, it’s clean, the kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve meals, the living area has plentiful seating, beds are so comfortable, bathrooms were stocked and the views breathtaking!! Five stars for everything and having Dwight help with any questions was priceless. He was so welcoming and made us feel “at home” from day one.
