“Loved the property and the amenities. It was immaculate and when we asked for several things, like a second key and more coffee, the response was quick and professional. I was traveling with my newly graduated son and the two bedrooms were ideal. From my viewpoint, the check-in process was confusing and extremely detailed. It worked out but having to download the app for the Landing seemed excessive. I’m sure they have a system as they have multiple locations but it was a lot. I would definitely……

“The space is open and large. Great lighting. Beautiful views from all windows. Bring an eye mask. There is lots of light that comes in the shades all night long.”

“The apartment was so nice and clean. It was a little confusing on how to get to the unit but the host was very respectful and helpful via call/text message throughout the entire stay. I will definitely be looking for more Landing properties to stay at. ”

“Location was good Apartment was nice The Bad Communication to access building was never sent I had to call the day of and download app after that is was smooth Internet never worked!!! called first day and was never fixed during my entire stay Also toilet clogged the last day and managements answer was wait until following day never fixed … no plunger on property or maintenance worker on site .. very disappointed”

“Host was pleasant in messages so I went against my better judgement and didn't take pictures of the lack of cleaning, and how badly the place was built. Thought it would be ok for the 2 days I was staying. The issues: Cobwebs on the fan, dirt and more cobwebs in the corner by the pullout, smudges on the walls (especially behind the faucet in the bathroom), marks on walls, stains on comforter, black smudges on wash cloth, and sheet, stain on shower curtain, shower handle fell off, curtian rod……

“Great location. Cute place. Very comfortable beds with good shades/curtains to allow for darker room in morning. Great shower pressure. Wi-Fi wasn’t working but was able to hook tv up to hotspot. Only issue is the kitchen flooring seems to be “sinking” however it didn’t take away from the overall visit. Definitely recommend. Convenient location; great restaurants nearby. Manager was very responsive ”

“The overall look of the apartment and cleanliness get a solid 4 stars. The only negative in this category was the pizza boxes left in the oven from a previous renter. The reason I am giving a 2-star rating is that the thermostat did not work. We like cool sleeping conditions, and each night we set the thermostat to cool at 68 degrees, we would wake up, and the apartment was 55 degrees. During the day, we would set it to heat at 68 degrees, and each day we returned, the temperature was 85……
