“Clean and comfortable room. Staff was eager to help. Downside: I had to wait for Santa to check in (not kidding). If you want a handicap accessible room, be aware that the they have tubs, not walk-in showers. Fortunately I had thought to bring a shower chair just in case. Overall, a very good stay. ”

“Exactly as pictured and described. Even better than that actually. The massage chair was awesome, hot tub was great, had a fire outside in the fire pit each night. “The cabin was well apportioned and had everything we needed for the week's stay. It was clean, quiet and just the right size for us. There is a small grocery within walking distance and a bike trail literally 50 yards from the door of the cabin. Otter Lake is central to many great rural communities in central Michigan. "I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
