"The property was great. The reception staff could use some work. I booked my hotel, paid for, three months in advance. We checked in around 1130pm, after calling them multiple times to ensure the two queen and sofa bed would be ready etc. to find out that she said we are limited on two queen beds right now … very confused as to how a booking that was confirmed and paid for three Months prior with 4 confirmed guests in the room are being told That their room is limited? Waited almost 45 minutes...

"Excellent stay overall. My only negative with this being a 5-star resort, is that I expect daily housekeeping not just once per stay. Quick daily checks for toilettries /towels would make a big impact. That aside, Palazzo was fantastic. Pool areas are absolutely gorgeous Restaurants are great and casino is noticably much less smokey than others. Palazzo far exceeds most other resorts on the strip and does not disappoint. We will definitely be back. "

"I still like the Bellagio due to its central location on the strip, but this time our stay wasn't as smooth as the previous one. Had 2 room changes due to the hotel's fault (first one was because the housekeeper left our room door unlocked, second was due to construction noise), but got food and beverage credit at the end. Would still go back but would need to make sure there's no construction around our floor. "

"The hotel was lovely. Great variety of dining options. Staff were efficient and helpful. The only thing was our room was not vacuumed and the desk where the snacks and fridge had a film of dust on arrival. On day two the room was vacuumed but desk was not cleaned through out our stay. We put that down to staff shortage so didn’t make a fuss. Overall, we enjoyed our stay though. "
