“Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.”

“Friendly staff. Spacious room with lots of storage space. Love the kitchenette with the full size fridge. Walking distance to The Avenue Viera. We will definitely be back again!”

“There was a terrible odor all through the hallway. Rooms were just ok except for the sugar ants that were everywhere and our little tiny fridge was rickety and froze everything. I have meds that needed refrigerated and it was a challenge to keep it safe. For the money I’d stay somewhere else. It was a tad disappointing. Staff was pretty nice with the minimal contact we had with them.”

“I stay with mom. We only spent one night, but everything was very clean appropriate all the staff was polite and adequate any problems we have. They took care of it as that moment breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed it and we will me and friends and family. Thank you.😊”
