“Overall the stay was very satisfying.”

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“Room was great, staff was wonderful.... our only complaint was the 6am gas powered leaf blower that woke us up. Staff at the counter said they get that complaint allot. He was a casino employee, not a contractor. We spoke with him directly, and he complained about having to start at 5am, and he has a job to do. Then turned and went about his leaf blowing. ”

“Clean room. It’s nice to have a separate sitting area. The staff was accommodating. Will stay again on my next trip to visit my granddaughter ”
