“Great staff”

“If you go in knowing and with expectations that this is a lot like a hotel but also a little different from a hotel, I think you will find an excellent experience. The front staff is friendly but not there all night but can be reached by mobile if needed. Coffee is in room but a Keurig is only available during office hours. Super clean and modern rooms with lots of charging points and tech. ”

“Needs better breakfast and clean rooms better”

“Good room size but smells. Front desk was helpful and switched us to different room. 2nd room smells little better but has strong male cologne smell. Ok breakfast. Hard to find Uber or Lyft from the hotel. Didn’t use pool or gym so no comments on these. ”

“Lack of amenities ”

“We didn’t use the laundry or the gym. But we did use the pool and the only negative thing I would say about the property is that the pool was so incredibly cold that my granddaughter‘s teeth were chattering and so are everybody else’s that were in the pool. So maybe turn it up a little bit so that you don’t have to get in a hot shower to defrost.”

“I got a room that is full of the smell of cigarette, the first day, I can't not sleep at all, at last I slept in my car. The second day, I switched a room.”

“Felt very comfortable. Staff was helpful. The cleanness was good an kitchen was great. Was satisfied with the overall stay. ”
