“威尼斯一家真正值得推薦的好公寓。地點真的很方便，就在Rialto橋前方的市集入口處，從車站搭1號線的船在Rialto Mercato站下船，走路50公尺，真的不用1分鐘就到了，誰說住威尼斯島上就一定要辛苦的拉行李，住在這裡就不用煩腦行李的問題。房間空間大又新，設備齊全，設計時尚。真的可以當自己的家長久的住下來了。最值得讚美的是這裡的工作人員，非常的親切很有耐心，當我告知他們我找不到路的時候，還跑到街上來接我們。帶我們到房間後還親切的為我們示範一些設備該如何使用。下雨天還幫我們準備了雨傘。還因天氣不好，擔心影響到我們旅遊的心情，而送了我們一瓶香檳和餅乾（這是我自己的想法），但工作人員的貼心真的深深的感動了我們。感謝他們的細心服務，讓我們更加喜歡威尼斯。有機會再來的話100%會再選擇這間公寓，也會把這裡推薦給我的所有朋友們。”

“This accommodation was located very close to the Rialto bridge and waterbus stop making it extremely convenient to tour around. Tucked away off a side street made it less noisy in the evening, great for relaxing. The size of the apartment is perfect for a single family. Everything we needed was available and the welcome book was packed with helpful tips. This is on the third floor, so you will definitely get your steps in!”

“What a lovely home in what felt like a very peaceful part of Venice. We could only stay 2 nights, but it was perfect for me and my 3 young daughters ages 7, 10, and 12. We enjoyed walking around, a gondola ride, and we had the best dinner around the corner at Trattoria Misericordia.The washing machine and drying rack were a blessing as this was part of a multi stop trip and we needed to wash clothes. The walk from the train station was an exercise, but we knew what to expect having been to……

The apartment was well equipped and next to a supermarket so we could enjoy breakfast in Venice. I loved that the apartment was close enough to San Marco Square to be walkable but far away enough to be close to local spots. “Location, Location, Location! Felt like we lived there. Cooked Bolognese from scratch in the kitchen, even the fresh tagliatelle pasta. Wonderful bedroom, two large sleeper pullout couches, open the windows to bring the lively town square into the rooms. Simply the perfect Venetian stay.”

Un vrai havre de paix familial, un salon cocooning que nous avons apprecié lors de nos soirées familiales.Contrairement aux précédents commentaires notés, la literie etait trés confortable ! Et apprécié de tous ! Nous avons très bien dormi.La buanderie un plus ! Une cuisine tres fonctionnelle. “Don’t stay at this apartment as it could ruin your experience in Venice. We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in May 2025 and had the worst experience here. 1. The washing machine was broken when we arrived. We have contacted the host through WhatsApp who promised to fix it the next day. No one ever showed up before we left. 2. The toilet seat was not cleaned as there was dirt on it as we arrived. 3. Broken shower room door. Felt like it has been broken since long ago but no one ever……
