Also the HVAC in the room was pre set not to go below 24C and the room fan did not operate consistently for the week which I believe was an electrical wiring issue. "As soon as we entered the lobby, exhausted from flying all night, we were greeted by Afife. She was so pleasant and helpful each and every day were were there, as were all of the staff. Property was central to so many sights in London. Room and hotel was clean and very comfortable…complimentary water provided each day, cafe in the lobby was perfect. "
