“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“We wanted to be close to the beach and shopping. Hotel Posada Real is on the beach which is what we wanted. The local market/shopping is about a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel itself is not luxurious but the rooms and restrooms were nice and clean, and it’s in a great location. We didn’t experience any disturbances throughout our trip. We honestly relaxed! They have a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner for those who don’t want to wander out. The menu changes every day and offers several dishes……

“The room was very clean. Unfortunately housekeeping arrived everyday between 4 and 5 when we would arrive back from our day of fun to shower. Twice we waited on the balcony to in order to shower, once they called because they couldn't get in the door and said they needed to come in if we wanted our room clean. I asked for them to wait because we weren't dressed yet and they said they could not wait. I spoke with the front desk and requested for our room to be finished cleaning by 3 pm and……

“It is a newer hotel in Los Cabos area. The room is spacious and clean. The food are amazing, better than most of all-inclusive hotels. We especially like the food from restaurant UMO, very tasty. The service is good, staffs are very helpful. Before the trip, I read some reviews that the hotel may be noisy due to parties, it didn't happen to us. There was a wedding event near our room corner, and it ended at 10:30 pm per hotel quiet policy. We enjoyed the stay, and will come back next time.”
