「The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. 」

「HORRIBLE. Where do I even begin. First of all let’s start with the fact housekeeping robbed me. I had $60 cash on the first day and left in my bag in my wallet came back and the room was cleaned and the cash was emptied completely. Second when you check out there’s a bunch of hidden fees every time i get room service it’s says it’s free but apparently there is fees only disclosed on the end. Another terrible thing they don’t let ubers into the resort and it’s a 40 minute walk to the gate uphill...

「My family of four had a great time at this resort. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the “garden view” penthouse also overlooks the ocean. The views surrounding the pool deck were stunning:) The staff are very helpful and so friendly and quick to fix any issues that we had during our stay. 「This hotel was 10/10 for us! It's so calm and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond, and they are so kind. The pools are amazing. You're right next to the beach as well. I went with my young adult kids and they loved it as well. It's a beautiful hotel.
