「It really was a wonderful location, only 10-15 from Buckingham palace and Big Ben. The place was stock with all the basics you could need and was clean and comfy. The owner was great at communicating. Will definitely stay again!!!」

「Perfect location- 5 minute walk from multiple tube lines, direct train to Heathrow, and everything in Mayfair and SoHo. A very quiet retreat that fit our 3 kids and two adults perfectly. Will definitely book again when in London. 」

「This place needs a deep clean and update. The stairs leading up to the place are absolutely filthy. Let that go since it was a common space. Once inside you see that the walls are dirty, not just a fresh coat of paint is needed. The blow dryer was held together with packing tape. 」

「convenient and enjoyable stay」

「I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

「We stayed at this flat for a little over 2 weeks and it was just perfect for us. Communication with Mike and Clare was easy and they always responded quickly. The flat was extremely clean and very comfortable. LOCATION, oh my, half a block to the British Museum, lots of great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Tube stops were also within walking distance. I can only say wonderful things about our stay as we enjoyed the flat and Mike and Clare immensely and I would love to stay...

「There are many plusses about this apt, it is surprisingly quiet, it has storage space, there is a Saintsbury and a Waitrose two minutes away, a good kitchen with a large fridge, close to the tube, excellent communication and arrival arrangements. We have made suggestions to iron out a few hiccups such as instructions to use a very fussy TV. We would definitely go back. 」

「This was our first trip to London and the location was perfect. The metro and Buckingham Palace are a short walk away. The apartment is spacious and was comfortable for our family of 4. The management company was fabulous to deal with and responded quickly when we had an issue with no hot water.」

「We stayed here for 3 nights and the location was perfect. So easy to get everywhere. The kitchen has everything you need (though we didn’t do any cooking). 」

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
