Rooms were good and all of the ladies we had at the front desk were lovely and helpful. Only thing that wasn’t the greatest is the rooms were very hot, we could crack a window open which only helped a tiny bit, and our small fan was broken as well.

I loved my stay at lancaster hotel as always and so did my mum during her visit on my graduation day!!! The location is very convenient as it’s peaceful and very safe with 24/7 security help available. The lancaster restaurant itself is very good too! Loved their mushroom soup and garlic bread :)

We stayed for three nights and had a nice breakfast at the hotel. Our room was a nice size as we were carrying medium sized bags. A large desk and tall wardrobe was suitable to use. Our room is very clean and the windows open wide for enough ventilation. Our ensuite bathroom is decent and spacious. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is a nice buffet with a good choice. Main bus stops were a short walking distance and some bus routes are very frequent. The only criticism is that the TV could have been fixed to the large wall and a few bonus shelving units would have been ideal. Overall I recommend this neat hotel!

You get what you pay for, it's quite basic, no AC, and alot of noise outside until the early hours on the morning. The staff do what they have to, would have been nice if they told you there was a fan in the wardrobe!!
